As a growing business, we are rising to the occasion to meet new challenges every day. We’ve adjusted our policies to help us better serve you, our clients, and our neighbors. I appreciate your support! Our new policies are listed below. We hope that this help improves our client/mover communication and provides you with a pleasant and stress-free move!

Covid-19

Safety is one of our core values. We wear masks and retain a 6-foot distance at all times. We also get tested regularly and quarantine any staff members who may have had exposure to the virus. It’s important to us that our clients properly wear masks and retain a 6-foot distance. We have the right to refuse service to anyone who does not wish to comply with these policies.

List of Items/Boxes

Our quote correlates to the list you gave us before our arrival. Prices are subject to change based on extra items and other job elements that have not been adequately communicated with our team, and we can not guarantee that things not on the list will be taken. If you have updates on your items/number of boxes, please get in touch 24 hours before your move via e-mail. 

Packing

We want to make your move as fast and efficient as possible. We ask that your belongings be packed and ready to go before our arrival. If you have some items that are not packed, we cannot guarantee those things will be moved.

Elevator Building 

Does your building require a COI? Does your facility have Move-In Hours? We can accommodate both of these things with notice. When booking with us, please communicate whether we have to work within a specific time window or e-mail an insurance document to your building’s management. We can also supply a physical copy on the day of the move if given 24 hourhours’ice. 

Deposit

There is a  $100 deposit required for booking with us. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of your deposit. We prefer Venmo and Zelle at this time. If these options aren’t available to you, we can also accept checks or money orders.

Furniture Assembly/Disassembly

We are happy to help you with this task though it is preferred if you complete the disassembly before we arrive. You will find the result is more efficient and cost-effective. We do offer disassembly/reassembly for an extra fee of $50.

Cancelation

We understand that life happens, and some things are out of your control. However, we reserve the right to withhold all or a portion of your deposit if there is a cancelation on short notice. You can cancel or reschedule with us 48 hours before your appointment.

Gasoline Surcharge

Because the constant fluctuation highly impacts our company in gas prices, we are implementing a variable surcharge calculated using the National US Average Motor Gasoline-Regular Fuel Price per Gallon Index reported by the US Department of Energy versus the average price per gallon in 2010. This surcharge will be adjusted weekly, up or down.
