Mike went above and beyond. We moved from our tiny flat in the UES to a much larger apartment in Jersey City. Mike didn’t only move us. He met us at Ikea in Brooklyn and waited patiently while we browsed and purchased several large pieces of furniture. We weren’t sure we would find a moving company to cart us around the greater NYC area. But Mike did it with a smile. He showed up with the truck, waited patiently, loaded it up, and did it for less than I could’ve done if I rented a moving truck myself. When we got to Manhattan, his team was waiting for us. These guys loaded the truck from our 5th-floor walk-up with precision and grace. They treated our furniture kindly and professionally. Mike was dependable, kind-hearted, and easy-going. Most of all, he wasn’t just a voice on the phone coordinating a team from an office. He was present from the first piece of furniture on the truck to the last piece in our new apartment. I’m not happy with our new place, so when the lease is up, we’ll be calling Mike again
