Once your moving date is confirmed, we will contact you to set up a meeting to create a moving plan for your company, retail store, office, or start-up.

We’ll create a floor plan for your new location in this meeting. We’ll discuss what needs to be moved, what can stay, and where you want everything to go in your new space.

Before moving, customers should update all insurance requirements for both the old and new buildings. They should also book freight elevator usage to ensure the moving day goes smoothly. IT equipment must be disconnected and reconnected by a professional team; customers should check with their leasing company to see if this is a service they provide. Leasing companies may also have their teams handle moving contracted-out items like printers, faxes, coffee machines, and water coolers.

2. Review and Sign Contract

Carefully review the contract we submit to you. Check out the payment terms and date for the move. Be sure to review all the information you provided to us for accuracy. Submit back to us for review or explanation if you are not happy or confused about the terms.

FTR: We’ve never had a contract resubmitted for review, but we give you the chance to do this. We want you to be happy with your move.

Once satisfied with the terms, sign it, and send it back. You have now removed the stress that has been building up about relocating your business to a new location in NYC.

3. Pack up and manage your move

Get prepared for our staff to come to your office, start-up, or retail location at least 15 minutes before your scheduled move. We do not offer packing services but don’t hesitate to ask if we can help pack your office up. You never know.

When packing, please be sure to mark all boxes accurately. Also, keep the items that will stay in the old location. 

We know moving can be stressful, but we’re here to help make your transition as smooth as possible. We will wrap and protect all of your furniture to prevent any damage during the move. We will take pictures of everything we move out, your empty apartment or home, and the truck after loading.

We trained our staff to handle all deadlines and last-minute changes, so you can rest assured that your relocation will be completed according to your schedule and preferred dates.
